1. A member of staff will switch on the gas for you. Please wait up to 3 minutes for the pan to heat up. When ready, add the meat to the middle of the pan and vegetables around the edges.
2. Grill the meat on each side until it is cooked.
3. Cut the meat using scissors after it is cooked (please do not cut raw meat).
4. For the true Korean experience, dip your meat into soybean paste, wrap it in lettuce and enjoy!
5. If there is too much smoke, please let us know and we will switch on the fan on your table.
6. Once finished, please alert a member of staff so we can turn off the gas.
Rice, lettuce and side dishes are NOT included.
